Returns

  • With original packaging and tags
  • Not damaged or washed

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products caused by the customer

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After processing or shipping, cancellation may not be possible.
